About
Why this platform exists
Public mortgage data exists, but it is fragmented across regulators, formats, and portals. US Mortgage Intelligence organizes institution-level public records into a neutral verification layer that consumers, journalists, lenders, brokers, and researchers can inspect.
What we are
A public-source intelligence and verification layer for the U.S. mortgage market. We prioritize source traceability, conservative language, and correction rights. The public directory currently publishes bank and credit-union profiles; other institution categories appear only when they meet publication criteria.
What we are not
Not a lender. Not a broker. Not a marketplace. Not a rate-comparison website. We do not provide mortgage, legal, credit, or eligibility advice, and we do not sell paid directory rankings.
Principles
- Neutrality over lead generation
- Source attribution on material facts
- Human review before disputed changes go public
- Clear limitations on complaint and survey data
